When we want something, we’re effectively saying that we don’t have it – we’re in a state of seeking.
In this episode, we identify the main “wants’ that we experience so that we can begin to release them.
What we want, we can’t have.
Do we really need to study and practice over decades, or does the “KISS” acronym (keep it simple, stupid!) apply?
Can we ever leave the now? Is now the only “time” there is?
Are we ever not here now? Can we ever leave it?
